ResMan is a complete resource management system designed for any business from corporate to consultancy. The system contains a number of modules covering skills, resources, clients, suppliers, contracts, rates, billing, sales prospects and projects. Resource timesheets can be entered into ResMan across the Internet. ResMan integrates with MS Project and has full multimedia support for electronic CVs, images, review notes, audio clips and video interviews. Automated processes are built into ResMan for the generation of CVs, contracts and billing. Highly flexible reporting and MIS tools are also included.

>> Multimedia Skills Records
ResMan collates, cross references and provides easy access to a wide range of information and data relating to employees, resources, clients, suppliers and projects. The system has multi-lingual support and a modular framework, enabling the simple management of complex data. Users can be set up with different permissions and access rights, and can add resources to the system with full details relating to their skills sets and personal details. As well as standard data, detailed records on specific skills, qualifications, languages spoken, etc can be recorded. The user can see exactly how long each skill has been held, the resource’s level of experience and any relevant comments which can then be included in a skills search. The system automatically updates CV profiles and skills information when resources are assigned to ResMan projects. ResMan allows the inclusion of additional file content for all records in the database. Electronic CV’s, video interviews, staff identity pictures, review notes and project plans can all be linked to a specific resource’s database profile. Scanned images, photos and testimonials can be stored for each resource, along with details about preferences, such as preferred locations or working hours. |

>> Project Management
Projects and assignments are entered in a similar way, in order that ResMan can match available resources to outstanding projects. All projects within the system are filtered by project manager and can be split into client, internal and supplier projects. Projects consist of jobs, which in turn have associated assignments, or vacancies. Jobs can be entered singly or in batches of multiple jobs and include start and end dates, rates for clients and suppliers, locations and project manager details along with the full job descriptions. A job may be split between a number of resources and a resource can be active on more than one project and more than one job. The system incorporates links to Microsoft Project™ for streamlined planning and integration. Once a project has been resourced, ResMan will manage the contracts, rates, timesheets and billing allocation, with areas for assignment notes and the option to add further vacancies at a later stage. ResMan users are able to enter their timesheets over the Internet. |

>> Future Business, Administration and CTI
Client and supplier histories are tracked within ResMan, with full contact management relating to each contact, account and project. ResMan also has a module dedicated to the management of prospective business, checking availability of resources for future projects and calculating potential revenues. The ResMan system administrator can add new skill levels and lookups and has the ability to add and edit user profiles and permissions access. User security permissions can include read, update, create, delete, archive and administration functions and can be granted individually for each module. ResMan includes automated processes for the generation of personnel profiles, contracts, billing information and other administrative functions, enabling users to save time and increase productivity. Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) support is available as an option using ESL’s CallMan™ technology. |

>> Flexible Reporting ResMan includes a reporting module, containing a number of standard reports. Reports can be exported in a number of formats for use within other applications, and many can be viewed in graphical form. Templates for reports can be kept within the system and are easily accessed. These can include forecasts or reports on progress and contracts for staff, consultants or customers. ESL can create additional bespoke reports and modules, tailored to suit a client’s individual needs. |

>> A Modular Approach Records in the ResMan database are divided into key modules, all of which can be cross-referenced. ResMan modules cover: Resources, Skills, Clients, Projects, Prospects, Sales, Reports, Timesheets and Contracts. The Sales register manages and keeps information on sales of services, products and licences. The Clients section is a customer relationship management tool, with full contact management relating to each contact, account and project for a given client. Projects are entered in such a way that ResMan can match available and appropriate resources to outstanding projects and vacancies, and details on current or past projects can be easily accessed. In addition, ResMan is fully compatible with, and interacts with Microsoft Project™. The Prospects module is designed for use by sales staff and it will link into both the clients register and the projects database to allow you to plan resources and calculate revenues for future projects. |
